Our Team
Executive Director:Mindy Paxton
Mindy Paxton has been the Executive Director for The Texas Tri-County Chamber of Commerce since June 2018, after sitting on the Board of Directors for 3 years. She has an extensive background in Marketing and Business Development with over 10 years of experience. Although she will swear, she was a very shy child, present-day Mindy is a socialite that when most people first meet her, they claim to feel as if they have known her their entire life. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does both professionally and personally. Mindy was asked by the Northeast Partnership to assist in the organization of the Thunderbird VIP Tent at the 2022 JBSA Airshow. The event was an incredible success and the economic impact it had for the Tri-County area was immeasurable. She also serves on many boards and committees to include the Community Advisory Committee for the SCUCISD, Friends of Nighthawks for Northeast Lakeview College, JBSA Military Affairs Committee, Northeast Partnership, the Texas Municipal Clerks Association, Alamo Chapter, and is about to beginning a journey to become an Honorary Wing Commander at JBSA – Randolph.
